Hi! I have carefully read your e-mail, and this is what I want to advise you. 1) All Brush On Bronze Beads that I have in my stock came directly from The Body Shop. All containers look identical with a manufacturer seal on the side. I checked few other containers left in my stock, they do not look filled 100%. I estimated that at least 30% of each container is empty. However, when people buy cereal in the store they do not wonder why half of the box of cereal is empty because they know that manufacturer had packed the product based on net weight, not on the size of the box. I do not know the reasons why The Body Shop did not fill the containers with Brush On Beads to the top, maybe this product is sold based on net weight too. 2)I always carefully pack all products and inspect them prior to shipping. I did not notice anything wrong with container that I shipped to you, it was sealed liked the rest that I have in my stock. If the product got damaged, or was opened during the shipping - this is a question to a carrier who brings your mail. 3) One important thing: if you want be 100% sure about the product you buy, you'll better buy product directly in the Body Shop store. Only you'll have to pay the full price. If you decided to buy product on-line and save money, you always face a risk that the product may not meet your expectations. 4)I've sold over a dozen containers of Brush On Bronze Beads during past month, and all the Buyers were happy. You can check my positive feedbacks. Meanwhile I do not know how honest you are. You do not have a history of positive feedback which would tell me what type of person you are. Maybe you're trying to trick me with all these stories about half beads in the container to take advantage of me? How would I tell?? But when I looked at this particular transaction: you have sent your payment on the 6-th day after the auction end while the terms of the auction said within 5 days. So you did not care much to follow the rules. This is not a good characteristic of you. So I do not have any base to trust what you've said. I do not think that I have to refund anything. Meanwhile, you'll have to try to establish good reputation and feedback history on eBay, and please follow the rules and be sincere if you expect the same from other people.

Dear vlapo, Hi. I just got the Body Shop bronze beads. It wasn't fully sealed, and when I opened it only half the beads were in there. I went to the Body Shop store at the mall and showed them and the manager said it looked like it came half empty or used. Therefore I am requesting a full refund send me one that is full and new. As soon as possible. Thank you.
